As we welcome in the New Year 2023, it's important to remember that we serve a faithful and generous God who is able to provide for all of our needs. When we trust in Him and seek His will for our lives, He will guide us and provide for us in ways that we could never have imagined. "Our God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all we ask or think." Ephesians 3:20
Here are a few things to remember as you seek to believe God for His provisions in the coming year:
Remember that God is sovereign and in control. No matter what challenges or obstacles we face, we can trust that God is working everything out for our good and His glory.
Seek first His kingdom and His righteousness. When we prioritize our relationship with God and seek to live in obedience to His Word, He promises to take care of all of our needs (Matthew 6:33).
Trust in His faithfulness. God has never failed us and He never will. He is a covenant-keeping God who is faithful to His promises.
Practice gratitude. When we focus on the blessings that God has already given us, it helps us to trust Him for the things that we still need.
Ask in faith. As James 4:2 says, "You do not have because you do not ask God." When we ask God for His provisions in faith, believing that He is able and willing to provide, He will meet our needs according to His riches in glory.
I pray that the coming year will be filled with God's blessings and provision as you trust in Him and seek His will for your life.
